Original Passport
The passport must meet the following standards:
• It should not be older than 10 years
• It should have at least 2 blank pages
• It should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return
Passport Size Photos
You should provide:
• Recent passport-sized photographs
• White background
• Clear and colored photos
Oman Residence Visa
Submit a valid Oman residence visa with at least 3 months’ validity from the date you exit the US.
Company NOC Letter
An original No Objection Certificate from your company including details such as your designation, employment start date, monthly salary, and permission for travel, with company stamp.
Oman ID
A valid Oman ID must be submitted.
Bank Statement
Original personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
Family Details (If Applicable)
Include proof of family details, if available.
Hotel Booking
Confirmed accommodation booking during your stay in the US.
Travel Insurance
Valid travel insurance covering your entire travel period.
Additional Documents
Any other relevant documents such as proof of correspondence or documentation related to family members in the US.
