Documents required for Schengen Visa Application (Spain, Finland, Lithuania, Malta, Slovenia)

Completed Application Form
– Must be duly signed by the applicant(s).
– All questions must be answered; otherwise, the application will be rejected.
– For minors, both legal guardians must sign.
– Attach a recent color passport-size photo with a white background (men with uncovered heads) stuck to the application form.

Passport or Travel Document
– Submit original and photocopy.
– Non-Omani applicants must have a valid residence permit issued on their current passport.
– Omani nationals: photocopy of the personal data page and previous visas.
– Others: photocopy of personal data pages, previous visas, and Oman residence visa.
– Passports must have been issued within the last 10 years and be valid for at least 3 months beyond the visa validity period.

Medical Insurance
– Photocopy of full insurance policy page covering €30,000 including repatriation from any Schengen State.
– Insurance must cover the entire stay in all Schengen States.

Return Ticket Booking
– Photocopy of your confirmed return ticket booking.

Proof of Accommodation
– If staying at a hotel/hostel/apartment: photocopy of confirmed booking.
– If you own a house: title deed.
– If staying with friend/family:
– Spain: Official invitation by the Spanish National Police.
– Slovenia: Official Guarantee Letter from inviter, certified by Slovenian Authorities or Notary Public.

Proof of Economic Means (all applicants)
– Bank statements for the last 6 months.
– Salary certificate.

For Non-Omani Nationals
– Letter from sponsor.
– Copy of valid labor card.
