1. Visa Application Form

2. Passport
Your passport must be valid for at least three months beyond your planned departure from the Schengen area. It should have been issued within the last 10 years and contain at least 2 blank pages.
3. Oman Residence Permit
Applicants residing in Oman must provide a valid residence permit that is valid for at least three months beyond the intended travel date.
4. Photographs
Submit 2 recent colored passport-sized photographs with a clear white background.
5. Cover Letter
Write a cover letter stating the purpose of your visit to Hungary along with a brief outline of your travel itinerary.
6. Travel Insurance
You must have valid travel health insurance covering medical emergencies up to €30,000 within Hungary and other Schengen countries.
7. Flight Itinerary
Submit a copy of your round-trip flight booking showing the planned dates of entry and exit from the Schengen area.
8. Proof of Accommodation
Provide documents such as a hotel booking, an invitation letter from a host in Hungary, or a rental agreement to confirm your place of stay.
9. Proof of Sufficient Financial Means
Submit your bank statements from the last three months to demonstrate that you have enough funds to cover expenses during your stay in Hungary.
