Original Passport
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months and have at least 4 blank visa pages. If you hold multiple nationalities, submit all relevant passports.
Photographs
Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background.
Oman Residency Documents
Provide a copy of your passport, Oman ID, and Oman residence permit with a validity of at least 6 months.
No Objection Certificate (NOC)
An NOC from your Oman sponsor is required.
Flight & Hotel Booking
Round-trip flight tickets and hotel reservation with check-in and check-out dates matching the flight. Travel Wings can assist with this.
Previous China Visa (if applicable)
Include any valid or recently expired China visa or residency permit.
Original Passport
Must be valid for at least 6 months with at least 4 blank visa pages. Submit all passports if you have multiple nationalities.

Oman Residency Documents
Include your passport, Oman ID, and Oman residence permit with at least 6 months validity.
No Objection Certificate (NOC)
An NOC from your employer in Oman is required.

Invitation Letter from China
A formal invitation letter from the inviter’s company in China on company letterhead, including address, phone number, stamp, inviter’s signature, and future travel date.
Trade License of Inviting Company
Provide the trade license of the inviting company in China.
TE Invitation or Verification of Invitation
If applicable, send your passport copy for us to confirm if you need a TE Invitation (issued by the Chinese local foreign affairs office).
Previous China Visa (if applicable)
Attach a valid or recently expired China visa or residency permit, if available.
Note: Certain nationalities may require a verification letter for both tourist and business visas. Please share a passport copy with a Travel Wings representative to confirm your nationality-specific requirements.
