Passport
A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from your exit date from Canada.
Oman Residence Visa
A valid Oman residence visa with a minimum of 6 months validity.
Oman ID
A photocopy of your Oman ID (front and back).
Photographs
Recent color passport-size photos (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) with a white background.
No Objection Certificate
A letter of no objection from your employer.
Salary Certificate
A recent salary certificate issued by your employer.
Pay Slips
Last 6 months’ pay slips from your employer.
Bank Statement
Proof of sufficient funds such as a personal bank statement for the last 6 months (stamped on all pages by the bank).
Home Tenancy Agreement
If residing in Oman, a valid home tenancy contract.
Company Documents (If Self-Employed)
A copy of your company’s trade license.
Business Invitation (If Applicable)
Invitation letter from a Canadian company.
Family Visit Documents (If Applicable)
Invitation letter, passport copy, Canada visa of the inviter, proof of relationship, accommodation proof, and employment or bank details.
Flight Tickets
Confirmed return flight booking (assistance available from Travel Wings).
Accommodation
Proof of accommodation for your stay in Canada (assistance available from Travel Wings).
Travel History
Proof of international travel history in the last 5 years, including copies of valid visas and entry/exit stamps.
