Passport Copy
A clear and valid copy of your passport must be submitted.
Photograph
Two recent passport-sized photographs (35mm × 45mm) are required.
Bank Statements
Submit bank statements for the last 6 months. The most recent month’s statement should include a balance sheet and income tax receipt. The final balance should show at least 2,500 OMR or 5 Lakh INR.
Remuneration Statement
If you are employed, provide your salary slips or remuneration statements for the last 3 months.
Business Documents (If Self-Employed)
If you are self-employed, submit your Business Registration Licence, Goods and Service Tax (GST) certificate, and Memorandum and Articles of Association or Partnership Deed.
Employee Swift & Registration Number
Include your company’s SWIFT code and registration number.
